(hereinafter referred to as “the Tendering Agent”), entrusted by CNOOC Oil Petrochemicals Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tenderee” or “the Purchaser”), intends to purchase the Commodities and the relevant services required under the project of CNOOC HUIZHOU REFINING PETROCHEMICALS PROJECT PHASE II with this Invitation for Bids (hereinafter referred to as “IFB”) by International Competitive Bidding. The Bidders are kindly requested to provide the following Commodities and services with sealed bids. 货物名称：化工中心化验室（含环境监测站）离子色谱仪数量：6套 Name of Commodities: Ion Chromatograph for Chemical Central Lab (Including Environmental Monitoring Station) Quantity: 6 Sets 2. 对投标人的资质/业绩要求： Requirement for Bidder’s qualification and reference: 2.1 在2006年1月1日到2015年12月31日期间，投标人在中国境内应至少有用于炼油、石油化工或水质环保类项目的与本次投标相同制造商生产的离子色谱仪的2个项目的销售业绩。 The bidder must have at least two projects sales reference of the Ion Chromatograph, made by the Manufacturer of the goods quoted in the bid, applied in Petroleum Refining Projects, Petrochemicals Projects or water quality protection projects from Jan.1st, 2006 to Dec. 31st, 2015. 2.2 如果投标货物不是投标人自己制造的，投标人应提供：投标货物制造商同意其在本次投标中提供该货物的正式授权书原件（见格式IV-9-4）； If the goods proposed in the Bid is not made by the bidder, the bidder must provide: Original of the Letter of Authority from Manufacturer towards the bid (referred to Format IV-9-4) 3.有兴趣的合格投标人可通过以下方式获取招标文件：2016年9月2日开始至2016年9月9日止(北京时间)，在中国海洋石油总公司采办业务管理与交易系统(https://buy.cnooc.com.cn) 的招标公告页面购买招标文件（电子版）。招标文件每套售价为2000元人民币或350美元，售后不退。 The interested and qualified Bidders may obtain the bidding document by following method: through CNOOC Procurement Operation System（https://buy.cnooc.com.cn）on the page of Invitation for bid for purchasing Bidding Document (electronic edition) starting from Sept. 2nd, 2016 to Sept. 9th, 2016 (Beijing time) upon non-refundable payment of RMB 2000.00 or USD 350.00. 首次登录必须先进行注册（免费），注... 查看详情
