B．如果投标人为代理商，投标人应得到所投货物制造商同意其为本次投标提供该货物的合法正式授权书。If the bidder is an agent, the Bidder shall be duly authorized bythe goods’ Manufacturer to supply the goods in this bid. 2）资质要求及证明文件Requirements ofCertificate of BidderA. 投标人提供的海底管线内腐蚀监测系统应符合API 17F或ISO 13628-6的要求，并按照上述标准进行测试。The internal corrosionmonitoring system of subsea pipeline shall meet the requirements of API 17F orISO 13628-6, and shall be tested in accordance with the above standards. B. 投标人应承诺海底管线内腐蚀监测系统取得国家安全生产监督管理总局海洋石油作业安全办公室（COOOSO）认可的国际五大船级社(DNV，ABS，CCS，BV，LR）中任意一家的的第三方产品认证证书，并在交货时提供认证证书。The biddershall provide the authentication cerification awarded from any one of thefollowing certifying agencies, i.e. DNV, BV, ABS, Lloyd’s andCCS, which are approved by the China Offshore Oil Operation Safety Office(COOOSO) under the State Administration of Work Safety. （3）业绩要求：Requirement for Bidder'sreference: 投标人所投标的海底管线内腐蚀监测系统应为制造厂家的成熟产品，买方不接受新试制产品。投标人所投产品制造商应具有至少两个水下生产系统或海底管线项目的销售业绩。合同签署方可以是制造商，也可以是该制造商的代理。 The Internal Corrosion Monitoring System of Subsea Pipelineprovided by VENDOR shall be the mature products of the manufacturers, new trialproducts would not been accepted.
