嘉宾简介


罗杰,男,博士学位,教授。现任海南大学热带作物学院院长。长期从事作物营养品质调控及改良研究,获得基金委“国家杰出青年科学基金”资助、入选中组部“万人计划”科技创新领军人才。在细胞、自然遗传学、自然植物、自然遗传学、美国科学院院刊等国际顶级期刊发表系列高水平研究论文,为作物品质调控特别是营养品质改良提供了新的基因和手段。多次应邀在国际学术会议上做主题及大会报告,是首位在“国际代谢组学大会”做主题报告的中国科学家。

内容摘要

自然界广大的植物群体产生了约10~100万种代谢物,它们与植物的生长和环境适应息息相关,植物天然产物也是人类健康和生存不可或缺的重要资源,所以作为基因与表型之间桥梁的代谢组学研究愈显重要。目前,多组学联用的分析方法常被用于植物代谢研究中,后基因组分析平台使得巨量的代谢表型和遗传多样性的关联和挖掘成为可能,极大的促进了从生化与遗传角度对植物代谢多样性进行解析。
本次报告总结介绍了植物代谢的意义,全面阐述了植物代谢物多样性的遗传与生化基础及其多组学解析方法,介绍了植物代谢物的演化,并介绍了代谢组学辅助复杂农艺性状解析的最新进展。
