TOFWERK icpTOF电感耦合等离子体-飞行时间质谱耦合了Thermo 公司的 iCAP RQ平台和TOFWERK高性能飞行时间质谱。iCAP RQ平台提供了高强度并稳固的ICP进样和离子源,简单可靠的椎体和离子电镜和Q-cell科技。飞行时间质谱分析仪在保证跟四级管(QMS)同等灵敏度的同时,为icpTOF增加了快速全谱分析,更宽的线性动态范围和高达6000的质量分辨率,提供了快速全谱图采集和所有元素同位素的同步分析能力。

◾极地冰芯、合金材料、玻璃陶瓷中多元素分析
采用带有原始基线采集功能的电感耦合-飞行时间质谱仪(ICP-TOF-MS)对地质,生物,单颗粒,单细胞进行广谱多元素分析具有明显的优势。在毫秒时间长度内,ICP-TOF-MS不仅可以对几乎全部元素进行采集,从而避免错过任何出现概率极小的元素组成。同时,将原始全谱线下载到电脑进行后处理的方法很大程度上赋予科研人员对实验数据处理方法的掌控。让实验结果不再仅仅只是数字,而是更精确的靠‘谱’分析结果。
