实时无标记细胞分析技术(RTCA, Real Time Cell Analysis)是艾森生物 (ACEA Biosciences) 全球独有的专利核心技术。该技术采用特殊工艺,将微电极列阵整合在细胞培养板的每个细胞生长孔底部,用以构建实时、动态、定量跟踪细胞形态和增殖分化改变的细胞阻抗检测传感系统。目前,应用RTCA技术所发表的文献已近500篇,其中影响因子在10以上的有14篇,影响因子在5以上的有140篇,以下是应用RTCA技术最新更新的文献列表及相关链接:
