Journal Description

《人工智能与创新》（AI & Innovation，简称 AI²）是一本高起点、国际化的全英文同行评议期刊。本刊由金砖创新基地数字经济研究中心、清华大学技术创新研究中心与厦门大学人工智能研究院联合创办，携手国际学术出版机构威立共同出版。

AI & Innovation（AI²) is an international, multidisciplinary, peer-reviewed journal published in English. It is jointly established by the Institute for Digital Economy & Artificial Systems (IDEAS), the Research Center for Technological Innovation at Tsinghua University, and the Institute of Artificial Intelligence at Xiamen University, and is published in partnership with Wiley, a leading global publisher.

AI² 致力于在人工智能的基础理论、工程系统、社会治理和创新生态四大战略维度，构建一个真正跨学科的全球对话平台，以推动负责任的数字创新，助力塑造包容与可持续的智能未来。

AI² aims to publish outstanding academic works spanning four interconnected research dimensions: (i). fundamental AI theory, (ii). engineering systems, (iii). social governance, and (iv). innovation ecosystems, while promoting global interdisciplinary academic dialogue aimed at advancing responsible digital innovation and the realization of an inclusive and sustainable intelligent future.

The editorial board brings together 70 leading scholars from around the world, including academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS); Fellows of the Royal Society (FRS), of the British Academy (BA), and of the Royal Society of Canada (RSC); as well as senior members of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). The board also includes distinguished experts from leading universities and research institutions worldwide.

期刊已正式取得国际刊号，并于2025年7月在上海“世界人工智能大会”成功发布。目前，已启动首个专题专栏“人工智能赋能国际经济韧性、安全与可持续发展”的全球征稿。

The journal has officially obtained its International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) and was formally launched at the World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) in Shanghai in July 2025. It has also initiated a global call for papers for its inaugural Thematic Collection, titled:‘AI in International Economic Resilience, Security, and Sustainability’.

招募要求

Eligibility Criteria

年龄与资历：原则上不超过40周岁，已获得博士学位，并在高等院校、科研院所或知名科技企业研发机构任职。

Age & Qualifications: Candidates should generally be under 40 years of age, hold a doctoral degree (Ph.D.), and be employed at a higher education institution, research institute, or the R&D division of a well-known technology company.

学术背景：治学严谨，在人工智能、数字经济、技术创新、数字治理及其相关交叉领域有扎实的研究基础，并已取得具有一定显示度的创新成果。

Academic Background: Candidates must demonstrate rigorous scholarship with a solid research foundation in Artificial Intelligence, the Digital Economy, Technological Innovation, Digital Governance, or related interdisciplinary fields. A track record of innovative and impactful research achievements is expected.

共建意愿：认同期刊愿景，有热情、有时间投入期刊建设，具备良好的学术判断力、组织沟通能力或国际化学术网络。

Commitment to Collaboration: Candidates should align with the journal’s vision, have the enthusiasm and availability to contribute to its development, and possess strong academic judgment, organizational and communication skills, and/or an international academic network.

Official Appointment: Awarded a two-year certificate of appointment as an Early-Career Editorial Board Member.

Career Advancement: Members who make outstanding contributions during their term will be given priority consideration for promotion to the full Editorial Board.

青年编委职责

Responsibilities of Early-Career Editorial Board Members

青年编委在两年任期内，需积极履行以下核心职责，或至少完成两项，其中第1项为鼓励性目标：

During the two-year term, members are expected to actively fulfill the following core responsibilities. At least two tasks of the following list must be completed:

1.贡献学术成果：以第一作者或通讯作者身份，向AI² 投稿至少一篇高质量研究论文，录用后视为卓越贡献。

Contribute Scholarly Work: Submit at least one high-quality research article to AI² as the first or corresponding author. Acceptance will be recognized as a significant contribution.

2.拓展优质稿源：利用自身学术影响力，积极组织、推荐或邀约所在领域的优秀稿件，每年至少1篇。

Solicit High-Quality Submissions: Leverage your academic influence to organize, recommend, or invite excellent manuscripts from your field, with a minimum of one per year.

3.参与同行评议：应邀担任审稿人，以专业、公正、高效的标准完成稿件评审，每年至少2篇。

Participate in Peer Review: Serve as a reviewer upon invitation and complete manuscript evaluations to professional, impartial, and timely standards, with at least two reviews per year.

4.推动学术传播：在国内外重要学术会议、社交媒体等平台，积极宣传推广AI²，提升期刊在学术社区的知名度与吸引力。

Promote Academic Dissemination: Actively promote AI² at major domestic and international conferences, on social media, and other platforms to enhance the journal’s visibility and reputation within the scholarly community.

1.完整的中英文学术简历，须包含：教育及工作经历、研究方向、代表性成果（论文、项目、奖项等）、学术服务经历。

A complete CV including education and professional background, research fields, representative achievements (e.g., publications, projects, awards), and record of academic service.

2.可附个人官方学术主页链接。

A link to the applicant’s official academic homepage may be included.
