In today''s world, as economic volatility intensifies, the significance of regulating economic development has become increasingly imperative. Currently, the United Nations and all major international economic forums align the progressive advancement of humanity with the application of artificial intelligence (AI). The global community is confronted with the critical challenge of integrating AI into national and global economic governance—an endeavor vital to building a better future for humanity and, in turn, safeguarding global peace and security.

当今世界，经济波动日益加剧，引导经济良性发展的必要性愈发凸显。当前，联合国及所有主要国际经济论坛均将人类的进步与人工智能的应用紧密联系。国际社会正面临一项关键挑战——如何将人工智能深度融入国家与全球经济治理。这项努力对于为人类创造更美好的未来，进而保障全球和平与安全至关重要。

However, the practical application of AI has produced contradictory results. While using AI to change globalization has become much more expensive, this has also led to a worsening global economic crisis and rising costs for military AI development and use. Against this backdrop, the journal’s exploration of research dedicated to the development of AI grounded in scientific methodologies—with the aim of enhancing the effectiveness of AI-driven management decisions—holds exceptional relevance.

然而，人工智能的实际应用已产生相互矛盾的后果。尽管利用人工智能重塑全球化进程的成本已呈指数级增长，但这一过程还伴随着全球经济危机的深化与蔓延，以及人工智能在军事领域部署与发展相关费用的普遍攀升。在此背景下，本刊致力于探索基于科学方法论的人工智能发展研究，旨在提升人工智能驱动管理决策的效能，因此，本专题的研究极具现实意义。
