销售工程师

Base in:  Beijing or Xi’an

Report to: Sales Manager

SUMMARY/SCOPE OF POSITION:

This position primarily provides solution of sales including products, service, and application knowledge to customer and agent, as well as increase brand influence in the region, assist market analysis and marketing initiatives in the region and customer relationship management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Achieve the sales and objective targets set annually by Sales Manager;

Expected to show continuous improvements in this functions which include, but is not limited to building up the number of customers, partners, consultants, agents etc. and show diligent handling of these;

Effectively generate quotations and solutions packaged with service and application knowledge, according to customers’ real needs in given time;

Actively customer visits and deliver company/brand’s product/service/application knowledge introduction to customers on a technical basis;

Expected to increase your customer database by a specified number of accounts/ year mutually agreed to with sales manager;

Help and support with sales and marketing activities in all manners;

Provide customer feedback/VOC to company and act aggressively to resolve customer issues;

Cooperate with service team and application team with focus of customer intimacy;

Responsible for account receivable via co-work with CSR and financial department;

Implement and use company’s CRM system with all related customer information. All the fields must be filled at all times with correct and true information;

Collect and understand market situation including market trends, competition in the region; make up and carry out the corresponding market sales strategy with Sales Manager;

Generate report of potential projects/win-loss analysis/competitors update/key accounts/marketing activities to Sales Manager  on a half-monthly basis;

On-going training of skills of products and applications;

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

BS in Engineering or equivalent major:

Material science background preferred;

English fluency preferred;

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in an instrumental sales/service function;

Demonstrate knowledge of lab equipment, Material science experience, and sales experience;

Apply strong knowledge of metallurgy, material testing standards and procedures.

Report to:

Service & Sales Manager

Principle Role Objectives:

Develop test stand concept for the automobile customers that  wish to establish new test laboratory for the durability test  of all automotive components and complete vehicles and support IST Sales of  selling servo hydraulic durability test systems onto Chinese market with focus of automobile industry;

Visiting IST customers and prospects and understand their need and present IST solutions to the customers and convince them to accept IST preferred technical specifications;

Participation in bidding process and bid clarification process and help for obtaining the orders for IST product;

Provision and preparation of all necessary bidding document including the qualification document, bid bond, supportive document, price sheet, technical proposals, spare parts list, customer list, training scheme and more, so that the bidding document is completed;

Giving training to the prospects so that they can become familiar with IST facilities;

Participation in the Auto Testing Expo and other exhibitions and demonstrate IST products;

Work with service engineer and project engineer to arrange site work if applicable;

Help in coordination with service department for the agenda of installation and commissioning and participate in the handover meeting between sales and service team and partners;

Ensures that IST’s name are boosted in Chinese market in a correct way.

Requirements:

Relevant work experience in automotive test application field over 5 years at least;

Master Degree in automotive engineering, mechanics ,material science, automation or computer science;

Knowledge in servo hydraulic test system, specially the design of test stand for durability test of automotive components and complete vehicles;

UG, SolidWorks, AutoCAD skills;

Testing experience in a durability test laboratory over 5 years;

Basic understanding of iteration and close loop control technology;

Efficient communication skills both in English and Chinese;

Excellent presentation skill;

Excellent inter-human capability;

Good team player, willing to support others;

Willing to work under the pressure;

Willing to learn.

工作职责:

负责Instron China所有对外的线上市场推广渠道,包括但不限于公司网站,社交媒体,网络媒体,搜索引擎,客户邮件通讯推广,网络视频培训及研讨会的组织,计划和执行等工作,通过多种手段与高效管理使客户对Instron的品牌拥有绝佳的品牌体验和好感。

计划和执行公司网站,SEO/SEM及各种社交媒体的活动方案,对策划线上活动富有激情并积极思考而富有创意地进行管理和活动执行,不拘泥于传统B2B模式,有主动性并勇于挑战,推陈出新。

能有效管理预算和制定年度AOP计划,以使投资回报率最大化。以结果为导向,协助公司获取更多的销售线索,并进行跟踪。同时增强英斯特朗品牌形象

与global web team积极沟通,更好地贯彻global social strategy的中国本土化执行,以得到预想及更好的结果

与行业媒体充分沟通,及时了解市场信息并传递,并更好地管理英斯特朗线上对外媒体渠道,以获取更多的销售机会,有销售线索开发思维。高效地实施媒体计划,并有创造性的与媒体合作计划和实施活动campaign。

有一定的撰稿经验,如新闻稿,客户案例及高层访问等。会协助媒体撰写媒体采访提纲,懂得如何对外传递公司核心信息并发布至媒体渠道,会与媒体打交道并促成专访,新闻专题发布等

市场信息搜集和分析、竞争对手动态监控,配合进行市场调研工作;建立和优化客户行业数据分析工具,利用英斯特朗marketing coding进行销售分析并不断优化市场策略,并以此工具协助制定AOP。

市场营销材料编辑、设计与印刷。全球市场资料的本地化以及本地市场开发用资料的创建包括样本、录像,照片以及案例分析。 

任职资格:

3年或以上市场工作经验,有外企工作经验并有与媒体、协会沟通的经历优先;

本科学历或研究生学历优先考虑,主修材料相关学科或市场、广告、公关等专业为优

善于独立思考,有创新精神和主动学习的能力

扎实的文字功底,文笔优秀;

有简单使用图形编辑软件的能力如Photoshop等,能熟练应用POWERPOINT和EXCEL等办公软件;

备较强的协调能力,策略制定和项目管理能力

工作仔细,有较强的责任心以及团队合作精神;

自我驱动力强,喜欢具有挑战性的工作。

主要工作职责:

2维图纸转换为3维模型;

根据实物测绘建3维模型图;

处理采购订单;

一周至少3天在岗。

其它技能要求:

机械设计专业,能读懂机械图纸;

了解机械运动原理;

能使用AutoCAD, solidworks 绘制机械图纸。
