细胞谱系ChIP qPCR芯片分析细胞分化48个关键基因的组蛋白修饰状态或组蛋白密码。组蛋白修饰调节染色质结构,调节基因活性和特定的细胞状态。在胚胎发育期间,多能干细胞分化成三个胚芽层:外胚层、中胚层和内胚层。这些细胞层zei终分化成多功能干细胞(祖),发展终末分化细胞。这些发展过程需要严格***和分时基因表达的变化。表观遗传组蛋白修饰就是这样的一个机制调节器,基因启动子被激活,压抑,或“准备”一个中间状态。这个芯片包含特定类型的细胞在细胞谱系进展中的生物标记,包括多能干细胞、来自三个胚层中的每一层的祖细胞,和终末分化细胞。测量这些启动子的组蛋白修饰模式可以帮助解释观察到的上调或下调的基因表达模式,从而阐明分化机制,可以帮助验证正确的分化程序和终末分化细胞的表观遗传状态。通过染色质免疫沉淀和EpiTect ChIP qPCR芯片,可以很简易、可靠地分析组蛋白的化学修饰模式与细胞谱系进展生物标记的关联。
