代表性研究成果:
(1)在昆虫激素研究方面,鉴定了 TGFβ 信号通路参与昆虫保幼激素合成的分子调控机制;
(2)以果蝇卵巢为研究对象,发现细胞分裂和细胞骨架基因是影响卵巢卵泡上皮干细胞稳定的重要因子,并将这些基因和已知重要的信号通路如 Hippo 和 Hedgehog 互相联系起来,揭示了昆虫卵巢发育的分子机制。
