4 Gas Mixing Station The Winpact Gas Mixing Station al lows the user to optimize cel l growth conditions by independently supplying up to four gasses to the fermentation process. Winpact Parameters such as dissolved oxygen and pH can be controlled by adjusting the gas composition supplied to the system. The gas mixing station is directly connected to the Winpact control unit, al lowing it to respond to changes in DO and pH.。Four manually adjusted flow meters control the flow rate of each gas, whi le the 4 solenoid valves automatical ly open or close in response to the culture conditions. The Gas Mixing Station can be operated in both manual or automatic modes. Function: Blend air, oxygen, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen in any proportion to optimize cell growth; Adjust pH using CO2;avoid media dilution by addition of liquid acid; Control DO by addition of O2 gas; Specifications:

Oxygen Enrichment with Mass Flow controller: The mass flow control ler is an optional oxygen supplementation device for the Winpact system. Using a cascade response, the mass flow control ler is able to accurately adjust the flow rate of incoming oxygen to control the DO level within the vessel. Resistance to fluctuations in gas flow ensures precise control and repeatabi l ity of experimental conditions. Function: Resistant to flow variability from gas pressure changes; Automatic control of flow rate to gas input; Precise control of gas flow ratet; Controlled manually or via DO control loop; Hassle-free:comes built-in to the controller Specifications:
