Figure 3.1 and Figure 3.2 showed thetemperature reliability testing results of fives ATR2110 portable Ramanspectrometers. The testing temperature range was from 5 oC to 40 oC.The spectrometer was kept more than 1 hour at every temperature spots.Acetonitrile was used as the standard sample in the testing. The testingresults were calculated using 918 cm-1 of acetonitrile. Thewavenumber shift was 1 cm-1 or less(as show in Fig. 3.1). The peakintensity variation was less than 10% (as show in Fig. 4).
