Sera-Mag® 磁性微珠 SpeedBeadsTM SpeedBeads 磁性微珠是Sera-Mag 磁性微珠产品领域内zei新的成员,在磁场内的移动速度是通常磁性微珠的几倍以上。微珠表面具有羧酸修饰、中性链亲和素、链霉亲和素功能性基团,特别适用于分子生物学和免疫诊断试剂开发过程中从高粘性介质中快速生物活性物质。
本产品具有高度的分离速度和表面偶联性。微珠具有长期胶体稳定性、高灵敏度和低沉淀率。

Sera-Mag® 中性链亲和素微珠 (NeutrAvidin)
本产品微珠表面以共价键结合中性链亲和素,具有 3500-4500 pmol/mg 的生物素嵌合功能。
中性链亲和素不含有碳氢链段并具有接近中性的等电点pH 6.3。与常规链霉亲和素(Streptavidin)微粒相比,中性链亲和素微珠具有极低的非特异性吸附,具有很广泛的应用领域。

Sera-Mag* SpeedBeads* Carboxylate-Modified Magnetic Particles provide the speed, precision, and increased binding capacity required for sample preparation, proteomics, nucleic acid isolation and clinical immunoassay applications.
These nominal 1µm magnetic particles of uniform size feature a second layer of magnetite, enabling them to respond much faster to a magnetic field, resulting in quicker, more complete separation from suspensions. This ensures shorter assay times in clinical diagnostic tests as well as faster particle movement through viscous solutions. Key benefits include exquisite sensitivity and low non-specific binding for greater accuracy, and a distinct cauliflower-like surface that increases overall binding capacity with no reduction in particle size.

Sera-Mag* Magnetic SpeedBeads* Streptavidin-coated, nominal 1µm particles combine fast reaction kinetics and low, non-specific binding for increased throughput and precision in a variety of immunoassay and molecular biology applications. These include sample preparation and assay development for genomics and proteomics applications.
Thermo Scientific Sera-Mag Magnetic SpeedBeads strepavidin-coated particles exhibit a high affinity when binding to biotinylated ligands such as proteins, nucleic acids and peptides. These particles respond much faster to a magnetic field to shorten assay times and improve precision in clinical diagnostic tests. They also move faster through viscous solutions. Streptavidin-coated SpeedBeads are available with a 3500-4500pmol/mg biotin-binding range.
