This role and main Purpose of Job: Service Engineer

➣ Services is a business segment that supports the Customers Group, which provides critical on-site services at customer locations.

➣ Customer interface communication skills are required.

➣ Coordinating, and implementing all internal policy of H.E.L and EHS related matters in the organization.

PART/02

Key Responsibilities

Service Engineer is responsible to maintain, install and repair products at both internal and external customer sites. This position works independently to resolve all assigned customer and technical issues.

Partners with Sales and Service management to drive customer satisfaction and business objectives.

Completes and successfully pass assigned training tasks on assigned products and responsibilities.

Working knowledge of application / software workflow.

Performing high quality installation, repair and maintenance on instruments.

Responsible for the full service process and keep the satisfaction of customers.

Performs preventive maintenance on select products.

Demonstrates and completes all administration duties.

Maintains own tool and parts inventory to ensure adequate apply.

Assist district manager with coordinating background work and leading technical discussion for regional escalations.

Troubleshoots on resolves difficult service situations both within assigned accounts as well as across the region on teamwork.

Detailed technical speech of company products in seminars.

Ability to work in an analytical and Chemical synthesis process environment; being focused, ability to structure complex request scenario.

Additional Responsibilities

Education: bachelor or aborve in electronics, mechanical.

2-3 years customer service experience.

Works independently and as part of team.

Prove system problem solving skills.

Knowledge of electrical and electro-mechanical technology.

Able and willing to learn new technology and new skill.

Well communication skills required, either to internal partner and customers.

Spoken and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.

Able and willing to travel extensively to cover all instrument base.

PART/03

Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor and 3 years of service experience.

Preferable Skills and Attributes

Capability of good people skills to easily connect with people from different markets.
