Job Description of Product Specialist of Seahorse: 

Delivers technical expertise for solution implementation and demos to customers based on Agilent products and services. 

Is focused on various phases of the sales process including requirements analysis, feature-by-feature demonstrations, benchmarks, competitive positioning, and implementation/execution, generally allocated by project and engineering services. 

Understands customers’ problems, recommends solutions to meet their needs, and ensures customer satisfaction. Integrates Agilent products and services (at the system/solutions level) into the customer''s environment. 

Ensures the product functions per specifications. Also ensures our system solution platform is functioning properly at the customer site. 

May be product or technology-focused. Deliver customer training classes and consulting related to our application, as well as assist in pre-sales and post-sales, as part of her/his tasks. 

Support the marketing team in developing sales and marketing strategies for demand generation. Assist in new product introduction and release activities. 

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide product introduction, development, management, and sales solutions with “One Agilent” synergy. 

Assists the field organization to meet or exceed sales quota, through the provision of technical expertise. Take the consumable sales quota of Seahorse consumables by expanding the Seahorse utility in the install bases. 

Requirements: 

Master’s degree or above in life science, cell biology/molecular biology, or pharmacy etc. 

At least 2 years of working experience in technical support, field application, or marketing technician role, solid cell biological background, rich work or research experience in Academic or industry cell biology. 

Can be the Campus fresh graduates with experience with Seahorse XF technology. 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills in both Mandarin and English. 

High commitment and good teamwork spirit 

Effective project management and organizational skills. 

Flexibility to travel domestically～50% of the time.

工作职责: 

1. 为区域内用户提供售前售后的技术和应用支持。 

2. 良好的学习与自学能力，能够迅速掌握和熟悉生产和市场团队下达的产品资料信息。 

3.回顾客户应用及需求，给出恰当的产品解决方案并通过讲座或文件的方式传递给用户。

4. 开发和实施产品推广策略，并确保这些策略能够在重要区域得以推广和认可。

5. 培训销售团队，并完成区域内产品会议的技术宣讲。

6.与相关团队互通客户信息以确保完善的客户支持和问题解决。

7.与市场部密切合作，评估现有产品的新机会及新产品开发机会。 

 技能要求: 

1.硕士及以上学历，有两年以上生命科学，细胞生物学，分子生物学实验经验，有流式细胞仪，荧光显微镜，共聚焦显微镜工作经验优先。 

2.良好的团队合作能力，良好的口头表达和书写能力。 

3.具有计划，组织，分析归纳总结的能力和解决问题的能力

4.能适应频繁的出差工作

5.良好的英文协作和沟通能力以及PPT制作能力。

6. 诚实，守信，乐于协助以及自我管理的能力
