This role and main Purpose of Job:

➣ Report to General Manager of China directly.

➣ Accountable to deliver orders, sales and profitability targets for the territory.

➣ Manage the territory dealers and direct sales opportunites for all product lines of H.E.L and coordinates approach with other sales representative on the team work for large account project.

➣ Manage daily sales management processes including NOB and Revenue Recognition.

➣ Deployment of sales methodologies and provides input for continuous improvement.

➣ Coordinating, and implementing all internal policy of H.E.L and EHS related matters in the organization.



PART/02

Responsibilities of the role


Key Responsibilities

Sales and sales application support for all product lines on the territory.

Responsible for the full sales process starting with generating leads, also by the help of the lead finder/ distributor network and evaluating the applications of interest for the clients.

Evaluating the right system configurations, preparing corresponding quotations with all H.E.L good business practices to finalize the sale with the clients through a purchase order.

Support of demo, application and service during sales process, reporting the executed feasibility studies.

NOB coordination from PO received to scheduling system installation to secure fastest revenue recognition.

Seeking for new market opportunities and new applications.

Supporting customer events like exhibitions, seminars, workshops etc.

Accomplishment of high stress levels.

Willingness to travel (at least 50% of the monthly working time).

Communication with the HQ in English which requires good written and oral English language skills.

Ability to work in an analytical and Chemical synthesis process environment; being focused, ability to structure complex request scenarios.


Additional Responsibilities

Education: bachelor, master or PhD in biology/biotechnology, chemistry, food science or materials background.

Minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience in the analytical environment, Bioreactor business or battery related business.

Experience in achieving goals and support territory business growth.

A positive team player, self-motivated with strong analytical skills.

Spoken and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.

Capability of good people skills to easily connect with people from different markets (QC and academics)

Competence to guide clients efficiently and professionally through the sales process.

Candidate requirements


Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor in biology/biotechnology, chemistry, food science or materials background and 5 years of sales experience.


Preferable Skills and Attributes

Capability of good people skills to easily connect with people from different markets (QC and academics)
