GC/MS是以气相色谱作为分离系统,质谱为检测系统的一种串联分析平台。载气推动待测物质通过涂渍的熔融石英毛细管,基于待测物质在气相和毛细管内涂层之间的不同分配实现分离,通过电子轰击得到若干物质碎片的质谱信息,进而可与标准谱库比对。
