蠕动泵灌装机采用8等份拨瓶转鼓，使瓶子在运行中自动提升定位，插入针头，8针匀速旋转跟踪灌装，采用一种巧妙的灌装分配系统，使每泵的两针交替灌装，这样实现了在运行当中灌装时间长，无间歇运动，运行平稳，可充分提高产量，尤其是灌15ml以上大剂量的更为突出，根据瓶子及装量在20ml以下最高可达240~300瓶/分钟（变频调速）。
The peristaltic pump filling machine adopts 8 equal parts dialing and drum, which makes the bottle automatically elevate and locate, insert needle, and 8 needles rotate at a uniform speed to track filling. A clever filling and distribution system is adopted to make two needles of each pump fill alternately, thus realizing long filling time, no intermittent movement and smooth operation, which can fully increase the production, especially the large dosage of filling more than 15 ml. More prominent, according to the bottle and the volume of less than 20 ml up to 240-300 bottles per minute (variable frequency speed control).
