翻转式振荡器适用于固体废弃物浸出毒性翻转法，是中华人民共和国环境保护行业标准《固体废物 浸出毒性方法 硫酸硝酸法》（HJ2099-2007）与《固体废物 浸出毒性浸出方法 醋酸缓冲渗液法》（HJ300-2007）规定设备。
