Real-time PCR芯片——实时定量PCR和芯片的完美结合:
每张PCR芯片包括有一组特定的基因(如特定信号转导通路基因、生物学进程或疾病相关的通路基因等),并采用实时定量PCR实验方法来分析各基因的表达,可结合具体通路对实验结果进行系统分析。由于采用实时定量PCR技术,与传统基因芯片相比,Real-time PCR芯片是更为灵敏可靠的基因表达谱检测技术。
Real-time PCR芯片的设计原理:
Real-time PCR芯片是根据Pathway-CentricTM原理设计,并综合文献资料、数据库信息、专家意见和用户反馈,不断根据客户需要开发新产品,并使芯片中所包含的基因更完整,更精确。目前有将近180多种功能分类PCR芯片,涵盖了细胞凋亡,炎症反应,信号传导,癌症以及其他疾病等广泛的生物学通路和疾病。
严格的质控体系,可监测整个反应过程:
芯片中设置了3个检测实验质量的对照,可以检测PCR体系中是否存在DNA污染,是否有影响反转录或PCR实验步骤的因素存在。
