单细胞层次上的多组学研究方兴未艾，单细胞转录组学、单细胞基因组学、单细胞代谢组学等技术手段频出，让研究人员得以揭示同一组织不同细胞之间的基因与蛋白质表达差异。而传统细胞组学提取过程需要物理、化学或生物手段对细胞进行破膜处理，易产生裂解碎片；传统的单细胞内容物提取使用玻璃微管注射法，操作复杂、玻璃微光注射针制备困难，且提取的样本量往往只有几个pL，样本处理十分困难。

FluidFM BOT是瑞士科技公司Cytosurge开发的单细胞显微操作平台，它独有的微型纳米注射器以及液体微流控技术使得FluidFM BOT可以轻松实现对单细胞内容物的自动化无损提取，操作方便，样本品质高。同时FluidFM BOT单细胞显微操作系统还可以实现对单个细胞进行注射、分离，单细胞粘附力测定、3D打印等诸多功能。为了更好地了解这一技术，全各地使用FluidFM 技术的科研工作者们将于2020年9月16日15:30—18:00（北京时间）汇聚一堂，一起讨论并分享FluidFM 技术的使用经验，交流新科研成果。我们诚挚的邀请您莅临参加FluidFM BOT的用户研讨会。
