The model AFP-202 is a 2 test heads model of AFP series, and automatically executes the Cold Filter Plugging Point (CFPP) test method prescribed in IP309, ASTM D6371 and JIS K2288. After developing its predecessor models, this third generation model has been developed by applying Tanaka’s latest technologies and the various know-hows. “Ease of operation” has been further improved on this model.
自动冷滤点测试仪AFP-102适用ASTM D6371（柴油和加热燃料的冷过滤器堵塞点(CFPP)的标准试验方法），IP309，JIS K228标准。作为第三代产品，本仪器是“田中科学机器制作株式会社”多年石油产品自动测试仪专业生产的丰富经验积累，用zei新技术开发出来的全新产品，操作简单，体现了田中科学一贯“以人为本”的设计理念。

METHANOL FREE OPERATION 不使用甲醛介质
Use of Peltier cells for sample cooling/heating made this tester methanol free. No big chiller is needed; a small chiller with antifreeze suffices the cooling requirements.
仪器使用内藏式半导体制冷（加热），不使用甲醛介质，降温迅速而高效。也不再需要外接大型制冷设备，一般的小型循环冷源就可以满足试验需求。

DUAL COOLING MODES 独有2种降温模式测试
Mode of cooling can be selected from linear cooling and conventional step-wise cooling.
提供线性降温模式和通常的阶段式（定点）降温模式供选择

SIMPLE AND EASY OPERATION操作简单
All the operation is made through a simple membrane keypad, which is standard on more than half of Tanaka’s automatic petroleum testers. The operation is simple and intuitive.
所有操作过程可在面板上简单选择就可完成。同田中科学的其他试验仪器一样，仪器 操作简单而且人性化。

RELIABLE MENISCUS DETECTION可靠的（弯月面）检测
Upper and lower meniscus detectors are mounted on a holder that slides back and forth to engage with the pipette. This new design allows not only easy operation but also reliable detection under the conditions when the pipette is frosted.
创新设计的光电检测液面跟踪系统，有独立的安装支架，操作简单，性能可靠，即使在进样管表面霜结的情况下也能精确检测弯月面（高点/低点）。

VACUUM REGULATOR: （负压制取）
Consists of a micro air pump, pressure switch, solenoid valve and a plastic bottle. 内置负压组件

COOLING AND HEATING (needs optional chiller):
By Peltier cells. The hot side of the Peltier cells needs to be cooled by external chiller.
半导体制冷（加热），建议加配外接制冷源以获得更低的测试温度

TEMPERATURE CONTROL: （温度控制）
By step(-34 oC, -51 oC and -67 oC) or linear. The linear cooling rate can be programmed.
温度定点(-34 ℃, -51 ℃ and -67 ℃)，或按编制好的制冷程序，逐步降温，定点测试。

SAFETY FEATURES: （安全保护）
a. Over cut: as hot side of TED reaches 60 oC , warning buzzer beeps and stops.
检测部温度高于60 ℃，仪器自动报警并停止试验
b. Self diagnostic: reported by an intermittent buzzer and a text message when any temperature sensor breaks down or the battery has drained out.
自主检测：在温度传感器断线或电池失效时，仪器会自动报警并显示出错信息告知用户
c. System trouble: reported by a buzzer when the built-in microprocessor runs off.
出错警示：检测过程出错时，仪器也会自动报警。
