Automated Identification of Metabolite Biomarkers by Combining Database Search and Projection Analysis in an Integrated Software System
Conclusion
Identification of changed metabolites using 1D 1 H NMR from complex mixtures like biofluids has been generally considered as very difficult if not impossible. We have demonstrated that by using several novel or improved approaches, we are able to extend the scope of such analysis and obtain useful information about the changed metabolites from the multivariate analysis results.
