一．HD-3000型电脑紫外检测仪概述
核酸蛋白检测仪、紫外检测仪是液湘色谱仪中的一种紫外检测装置，该仪器配有层析柱、恒流泵、部分收集器等，即组成一套完整的液色湘色谱分离分析系统。它可应用于现代生物学研究，药物测定、农业科研、化工、食品及医疗单位对具有紫外吸收的样品作定量分析。本仪器主要元器件均采用进口，仪器全部采用LED数字显示，使用方便。
1.HD-3000型电脑紫外检测仪除配有输出10 ｍV 记录仪信号外，还配有输出适合计算机积分仪的输口，这样很方便构成色谱工作站系统。（可同时进行计算机和记录仪信号输出，亦可省去记录仪）
2.HD-3000型电脑紫外检测仪的数字显示设计为固定光吸收，A 显示计算机用和可变量程光吸收Ａ显示记录仪用两种可选模式，这样可方便于规范化读数，同时亦可根据科研需要进行可变量程的高灵敏度读数，这样可方便于对低浓度样品检测。
3.HD-3000型电脑紫外检测仪采用新型进口IP28 光电倍增管和改进型电路结构，使仪器工作更为稳定可靠。
