前言:

回归分析是功能代谢组学研究的重要工具,通过建立回归模型可考察组学多元变量数据与功能、质量、等级等宏观数据之间的关联,从而实现筛选重要变量、建立评价标准和预测结果等目的。

应用场景:

1 临床诊断

2 茶叶、中药材、食品等感官品评值与代谢物数据关联

3 药效(存活率、功能数据等)与代谢物数据

4 产量与生产条件、细胞内代谢物等回归分析
